Cloud Songs has no backend server of its own. There is nowhere for your data to be sent, which is why we can say this plainly instead of burying it in a policy.
There is no sign-up, no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. Your library, your play counts and your AI recommendations stay in the app's private container. Cloud access tokens live in the iOS Keychain and are never synced off the device.

Questions
Does Cloud Songs give me music to listen to?
No — and that is the point. Cloud Songs is a player, not a streaming service. It has no catalogue. Every track you hear is a file you already own, stored on your device or in your own cloud drive.
Do my files get uploaded to your servers?
Never. The app talks to your cloud provider's official API directly from your device. We do not operate a server that your audio could pass through, and we never receive a copy of anything.
Which audio formats are supported?
MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, APE, DSD (DSF/DFF), Opus, OGG and WMA. Lossless files are played at their native sample rate.
Can I use it without an internet connection?
Yes. Anything you have downloaded plays offline. The free tier includes 20 offline tracks; Pro removes the limit.
Is the AI sending my listening habits somewhere?
No. Mood tagging and recommendations run entirely on-device using Apple's Natural Language framework. There is no server-side model and no inference API involved.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
